  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times vary by carrier but generally range from 2–7 business days within the continental U.S.

Packaging:

  • All nut butters are carefully packed to ensure freshness and prevent damage during transit.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.

Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Delays:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

  • If you experience issues with your delivery, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us if you need assistance.

Warm Weather Notice:

  • During warmer months, nut butters may soften in transit. This does not affect quality; simply refrigerate upon arrival if needed.
