Refund policy

We want you to love your nut butter! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at greenwoodco@greatharvest.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Exclusions:

  • Opened, used, or damaged products (not due to our error) cannot be returned.

  • Items returned beyond the 14-day window will not be eligible for a refund.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
